About Us

The EMPOWER Initiative

Our EMPOWER multiple myeloma site is an online tool that aims to provide both clinicians and patients with up-to-date information on the presentation, prognosis, pathophysiology, and treatment strategies in development for patients with multiple myeloma. As therapy in multiple myeloma is constantly changing, this activity focuses on the BCMA-directed therapies such as bispecific antibodies and CAR T-cell therapies which, with several recent approvals and multiple agents in varying stages of development, have demonstrated positive results in the management of multiple myeloma, especially in the relapsed/refractory setting.
